Simple ab exercise for beginners

 

You can’t rush perfection and so does your abs. If you are just on your first step to your six pack abs routine, then this one is for you. Do not be too excited with weights, machines, and other equipments which could give you six pack abs. Even those tools would take some time before results would appear. Sometimes its nice to go back to the basics so you could prepare your body for the strenuous six pack abs routines that you can do later on. Both men and women can benefit from this exercise especially if it is their first time to work on their abs.
